Event Details

To stimulate dialogue and inspire planet-friendly action, Green Community Connections is hosting the Second Annual One Earth Film Festival 2013 March 1-3, 2013 at various venues around Oak Park, River Forest, and Forest Park, Illinois.

The fest intends to create transformative opportunities for understanding climate change, sustainability and the power of human involvement. Fest attendees can expect a weekend packed with an intensive “education & awareness punch” in rich, stories on film and solution oriented discussions and experiences.

Fest organizers look far and wide for films with interest and appeal for every member of the family. GCC members hope the fest will be a positive and powerful catalyst for helping Oak Park/River Forest and the Chicago-area move forward as sustainable communities and green community leaders.

For in depth information on each film, visit www.oneearthfilmfest.org.
